Shipping is done either through USPS or UPS Ground depending on items ordered, packaging and destination. You will receive an email with details and tracking information when your order has shipped. Shipping within the United States:
Printed & Hand Marbled Papers are rolled, wrapped in paper and a sheet of glassine or poly bag for extra protection. They are shipped in a cylinder or a cylinder within a rectangular box depending on the size of the order and the destination.
Sample Books/Cards, Stationery, Gift Tags & Marbled Paper Packs are shipped in a flat envelope if purchased alone or grouped with other items being purchased. All efforts are made to ship everything together in one box when possible. (note: marbled paper stars are shipped in their own special box as shown in the listing)
Marbled Mats are carefully packaged with extra corrugated board and shipped in a flat enevelope if purchased alone or grouped with other items being purchased.
Ceramic Ornaments are carefully wrapped and shipped in individual boxes for each ornament. If ordering more than one ornament, individual boxed ornaments will be grouped and shipped together.
International Shipping:
Through my shipping service, I can offer reasonable rates for shipping to Canada and outside of the US. To give you an idea of costs, shipping 2 full-sized sheets (19x25") to Canada would cost approximately $13 and for everywhere else, approximately $16. To ship 6 full-sized sheets to Canada would cost approximately $16 and for everywhere else, approximately $20. When you place your order there will be zero shipping costs added as I will need to set up a separate listing for the cost of shipping which will need to be purchased before we ship your order. Depending on the country, delivery occurs within 1-4 weeks from time of shipping and it includes full tracking in countries that support it.
*Please note that due to the larger size of Printed Papers and length of packaging, the shipping rates will be slightly more than with hand marbled papers.

Returns
Damaged Papers/Items
We take the utmost care to ensure your papers and objects are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in tact, however sometimes accdients happen in shipping which are beyond our control. In the event you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it and you can return the damaged product and receive either a full refund or a replacement if possible. Please note due to the nature of marbling, an exact replica is not possible, all efforts will be made to replace your purchase with something that is comparable. If you decide not to replace the order, or if a replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a refund for the product when we receive it. In the case of damaged product, we will issue a return label at no extra cost to the customer.
Other Returns
Best efforts are made to photograph sheets to reflect how the colors and patterns appear. Sample Books are available of all sheets in my permanent collection to allow you to see the paper, patterns and colors up close and samples for custom orders are sent before final sheets are made. However, if you are not satisfied with your papers and would like to return the items, please do so within 14 days of receipt. We will provide you with a refund for the product when we receive it. For this category of returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs and ensuring the goods are returned to us in the same condition as sent.
